    • Check in time: 3pm – Last check in time: 11pm
    • Late Arrivals must call before 6pm
    • Check out time: 10am
    • Rates based upon 2 adults maximum
    • Children under 18 stay free (limit 2)
    • Extra persons $30 per night
    • Cots $5 per night
    • Minimum $20 charge for untidy kitchens or rooms that require an excessive (unusual) amount of cleaning.
    • $150 cleaning fee If traces of cigarette consumption are detected WITHIN the room (including smell)
    • Rates subject to Maine lodging tax
    • Minimum stays may be required
    • Security deposit may be required on certain units
    • A premium may be charged for 1-night stays
    • US Currency, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted
    • No Pets
    • Must be 21 years of age to reserve and check in
    • Pool area for registered guests only
    • All visitors must register at office and be accompanied by a registered guest
    • No transfers of registered guests rooms to another party (no sublets)
    • No transfer of parking permits to unregistered guests
    • One Car Per Room – sorry we do not have parking for extra vehicles. No exceptions.

    Reservation Policy

    Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of your reservation balance. A valid Credit Card is required to make reservations. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Balance due upon arrival. Personal checks are not accepted.

    Cancellation Policy

    All refunds require 30 days advance notice and are subject to a $50 processing fee for 2 night stays or $100 for 3+ night stays. No refunds thereafter. There are no refunds or credits for early departures or partial cancellations.

    NOTICE: 

    By giving us your credit card, you are giving us permission to charge your card to confirm your reservation. A confirmed reservation means we guarantee to hold a room(s) for the requested time period and the party reserving the room guarantees to pay. Please note we can not control the weather, red tides, public services (internet, electricity) and pool closures for sanitizing.

    There are no refunds.
